Restaurant Shift Leader

Job overview

The Restaurant Shift Leader role is onsite in Manhattan, KS, and pays $14–$18 per hour. The position leads Hawaiian Bros Island Grill crew and other leads during a shift to support food quality, service, and cleanliness. The Shift Leader coordinates shift operations, delegates responsibilities, monitors inventory and safety, and helps ensure guests receive service that meets company standards.
