Director of Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources role is onsite in Concord, MA, with compensation of $110,000–$120,000 per year. Minute Man Arc is a nonprofit serving children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through a continuum of human services. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Senior Leadership Team, the director leads HR strategy and day-to-day execution for an organization of more than 220 employees. The role strengthens HR systems, processes, and workforce support so leaders and employees across programs receive consistent, responsive guidance.

What you'll do

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, directors, and managers
• lead HRIS implementation and optimization
• improve HR processes, policies, workflows, and governance
• advise on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, retention, performance, and culture
• establish HR metrics and dashboards
• manage the HR budget
• lead change management
• oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll, and leave administration
• coach managers and handle complex employee relations matters.
