Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative role is hybrid in Santa Monica, CA, with three days in the office and two optional remote days. On-target earnings are $70,000–$80,000 with uncapped commissions. The role develops qualified sales opportunities by conducting high-volume outbound outreach to small and midsize business owners, uncovering business problems, and keeping prospects engaged through qualified demonstrations. The representative partners with Account Executives and marketing to build pipeline and improve outreach.

What you'll do

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to small and midsize business owners, using email and social outreach as support
• lead structured discovery and address objections
• identify decision-makers and qualify prospects
• keep leads engaged through held demonstrations
• partner with Account Executives on pipeline and meeting outcomes
• meet monthly targets
• participate in recorded call reviews and weekly one-on-ones
• collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns.
