What you'll do

• Design and implement daily lesson plans
• lead classroom routines and organization
• supervise children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor exploration
• document observations and support developmental needs
• communicate with families and participate in conferences and events
• maintain certifications and complete training
• collaborate with colleagues and coach Assistant Teachers
• follow child safety protocols and mandated-reporting requirements.
