What you'll do

• Attend buyer and seller appointments
• conduct showings, tours, open houses, and walkthroughs
• coordinate listing preparation and vendors
• research properties and prepare comparative market analyses
• assist with offers, contract details, and negotiation strategy under the team leader’s direction
• coordinate transaction milestones
• track deadlines and follow-ups
• collaborate with administrative staff.
