What you'll do

• Oversee daily Cardiovascular ICU operations
• manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow
• use clinical, financial, and workforce data to guide decisions
• ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and nursing standards
• promote evidence-based cardiovascular critical care
• support recruitment, retention, onboarding, and staff development
• collaborate on organizational planning
• contribute to quality improvement and patient safety
• mentor staff, students, and colleagues
• participate in an administrative on-call rotation approximately once every six weeks.
