What you'll do

• Co-develop and maintain a 12-month eCommerce and digital roadmap.
• Translate business priorities into epics, user stories, and delivery plans.
• Own backlog operations including intake, refinement, and prioritization.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies across internal and external teams.
• Drive enhancements across CMS, DAM, PIM, and analytics platforms.
• Coordinate UAT and release readiness for site features.
• Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics for conversion and revenue.
