What you'll do

• Assist with project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes
• support project activity planning and coordination
• maintain change-order, submittal, and document-control logs in Viewpoint
• coordinate documentation and drawings with subcontractors
• create job information sheets and job files
• assist with workflow breakdowns, billings, RFIs, subcontractor payments, schedule updates, project budgets, and payroll information
• assume temporary project supervision responsibilities in the PM’s absence.
