Customer Experience Specialist

What you'll do

• Coordinate and order food and beverages for visits, events, meetings, and meals
• arrange timely delivery and set up or tear down service areas
• oversee guest food availability during visits
• clean after service
• maintain catering records, receipts, and cutlery inventory
• clean conference rooms, break areas, and lobby
• coordinate and restock office supplies
• provide front desk backup, distribute mail, and assist internal groups as needed.
