What you'll do

• Assign and prioritize repair orders based on technician skill, availability, and job priority
• monitor progress and rebalance workloads
• review orders for accuracy and readiness
• coordinate with the Service Manager, technicians, and service advisors
• track productivity, efficiency, utilization, and cycle-time metrics
• report performance and identify workflow improvements
• support customer updates and escalate service issues.
