What you'll do

• Provide hospice nursing care, including symptom management, medication administration, and comfort-focused interventions
• assess and monitor client conditions and respond to changes
• educate and support clients and family caregivers
• document care in the EMR and comply with hospice regulations
• communicate with clients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
• and provide handoff communication to the oncoming team and director.
