What you'll do

• Support the Director of Nursing
• share duties that include infection prevention
• provide personal care consistent with clinical policies and regulations
• help develop nursing policies and procedures
• support nursing services around the clock
• make daily rounds
• participate in committees and performance improvement
• ensure assessments and reassessments
• implement resident care plans
• supervise infection-prevention practices
• coordinate staffing, supplies, and budgets
• respond to changes in resident condition and emergencies.
