HVAC Technical Training Manager

What you'll do

• Lead the eight-week entry-level training academy
• facilitate ongoing training in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and installation practices
• evaluate trainee competency through hands-on demonstrations and practical assessments
• partner with field leadership to track post-training performance and improve curriculum effectiveness.
