Vice President of Development

The Vice President of Development is an onsite, full-time role in Atlanta, GA, with an annual salary of $99,200–$111,600. Partners for HOME’s mission is to make homelessness in the City of Atlanta rare, brief, and nonrecurring. The role leads development strategy and fundraising to secure resources for the organization and Continuum of Care initiatives. Working with the CEO, staff, and Board, the vice president builds donor and community relationships, oversees grants and fundraising operations, and aligns development work with organizational priorities.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute fundraising and development plans
• build partnerships with donors, volunteers, community and business leaders
• manage prospect portfolios and solicit contributions
• oversee grant writing and submissions, including the annual HUD CoC NOFA
• support public-policy efforts and funding for homelessness solutions
• steward donors
• and work with organizational leadership on strategic and business plans.
