Construction Superintendent — Luxury Residential

What you'll do

• Manage daily field operations
• maintain a clean, organized, and secure jobsite
• direct subcontractors and hold them accountable to scope, safety, and quality
• coordinate two-week look-ahead schedules with the Project Manager
• use CoConstruct for logs, schedules, change orders, and progress photos
• verify material orders
• inspect work and resolve technical issues
• guide closeout documentation and punch lists.
