Guest Consultant

What you'll do

• Educate guests about services and products
• work toward monthly membership and gift card sales targets
• listen and respond to guest needs
• promote the wellness benefits of massage and skin therapy
• maintain positive relationships with guests and team members
• use professional phone etiquette.
