Mental Health PRP Counselor — Excel Youth (Part-Time)

The Mental Health PRP Counselor — Excel Youth role is onsite in Frederick, MD, with work in community, home, and office-based settings; compensation is $30–$33 per hour. The role develops individualized plans with clients, connects them with resources, and documents services in accordance with agency policies and Maryland regulations.

What you'll do

• Provide at least four to six direct service sessions per client per month as planned with the rehabilitation team and client
• develop and implement an individualized rehabilitation plan every three to six months
• help clients resolve problems and use resources
• teach independence and self-advocacy
• provide crisis intervention as necessary
• maintain charts and service documentation
• attend meetings and trainings
• participate in agency-led groups or events at least monthly
• notify supervisors of crisis situations.
