What you'll do

• Maintain customer service and a positive work environment
• resolve cash tills and generate register reports at shift end
• perform checkout functions
• communicate with customers
• serve as the primary contact for customer service associates and customers when the Assistant Manager and Store Manager are absent
• assist with implementing and enforcing daily operating procedures. If assigned as Deli Lead Associate, ensure food preparation and quality.
