What you'll do

• Manage the store during scheduled shifts
• assign staff positions and ensure policies are followed
• resolve customer service issues
• mentor and train team members
• coordinate dough production, dessert decoration, and baking schedules
• and complete opening, shift-change, and closing procedures.
