Community Manager — Property Management

The Community Manager role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL. Compensation is $70,000–$85,000 per year, plus quarterly bonus opportunities. The role is the main point of contact for residents and supports the success of Rose Valley Management’s properties. The manager oversees resident services and property operations, including leasing, collections, maintenance coordination, staff leadership, budgets, reporting, and marketing. The role connects residents, vendors, staff, and upper management to maintain the community and support occupancy and property performance.

What you'll do

• Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate staff
• prepare and sign leases and rules
• operate the property within Fair Housing guidelines
• identify contractors and obtain bids
• oversee maintenance, inspections, and work orders
• manage vendor invoices and accounts payable
• collect rent and prepare deposits
• prepare resident notices and records
• process payroll
• support legal proceedings
• conduct staff meetings
• monitor budgets
• prepare owner and variance reports and annual budgets
• oversee marketing plans.
