What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, transfers, toileting, and hands-on personal care
• support behavior management and redirection
• administer medications as directed
• maintain a safe and clean home
• perform light housekeeping
• prepare meals and assist with meal planning
• drive residents to appointments as needed
• document progress, care updates, and incidents. Use transfer equipment safely and follow body mechanics and safety procedures.
