It also provides coverage when needed and supports communication between field staff, management, clients, and facilities.

What you'll do

• Monitor mobile phlebotomy workflow and compliance with policies
• communicate client concerns to management and Territory Managers
• organize supplies and specimen drop-off areas
• maintain staff contact and attendance records
• assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
• schedule Mobile Phlebotomists
• cover their responsibilities when needed
• follow up on exposure and client paperwork
• hold monthly staff meetings
• monitor vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
