IT Project Manager

Job overview

The IT Project Manager role is onsite in Chantilly, VA. Compensation is $92,000–$200,000 per year. The position supports an intelligence client’s mission-critical training program and its supporting technology suite. The role provides programmatic and technical oversight of the hardware, software, networks, and systems that support training operations. It coordinates with sponsor staff, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to define requirements, develop equipment specifications and quotations, oversee engineering and development work, and resolve prioritized issues and dependencies.

What you'll do

• Manage the technology suite supporting mission-critical training
• gather and vet technical requirements
• provide technical leadership
• work with sponsor staff, contractor personnel, vendors, and stakeholders
• contribute to technical equipment specifications and vendor quotations
• oversee software and hardware engineering and development efforts
• identify issues and dependencies and work to resolve them according to government task manager priorities.
