What you'll do

• Clean, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• maintain clean dish-room, kitchen, floor, and waste areas
• keep kitchens and dining areas stocked with clean serviceware
• follow food safety, infection control, safety, and hygiene practices
• remove trash, sweep, mop, and restock supplies
• report equipment issues, low supplies, and safety concerns
• clean and stock workstations and storage areas.
