Security Site Supervisor

The Security Site Supervisor role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, with compensation of $39.00 per hour. The supervisor coordinates quality service delivery on an assigned shift, serves as a liaison among site leadership and security officers, and supports staff through coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate security officers on an assigned shift
• act as liaison with the Account Manager or Field Operations Manager
• coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved limits
• enforce contract standards and company policies
• administer site safety programs
• use scheduling and billing software and prepare reports
• handle common and crisis situations
• support site security and customer service.

Why this role
