Maintenance Technician – Affordable Housing

The Maintenance Technician – Affordable Housing role is onsite in Wilsonville, OR, with compensation of $28–$32 per hour DOE. The technician maintains the property's physical condition and safety by responding to service requests, completing repairs and unit turns, and inspecting and caring for units, common areas, and grounds.

What you'll do

• Respond promptly to tenant and management requests and work orders
• assist with maintenance repairs and unit turns
• complete and document duties and service requests in the Yardi mobile app
• conduct daily curb-appeal and safety inspections
• maintain the property's grounds and common areas
• perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, cleaning, and inspection duties in accordance with company procedures and safety protocols.
