What you'll do

• Prepare tray lines and food items
• puree food as needed
• place food and beverages on trays according to meal requests or physician orders
• stock carts
• deliver meals to resident rooms and dining areas
• rotate stock
• clear and sanitize tables
• clean kitchen equipment
• wash dishes
• prepare dining areas for the next meal
• and answer the kitchen phone as needed.
