Social Commerce Intern — Hybrid

The Social Commerce Intern role is hybrid in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, with a schedule of two to three days per week and 16–24 hours per week. Compensation is $17–$25 per hour. The intern supports Backcountry’s brand marketing team and its growing creator and social commerce programs. The role helps scale influencer sourcing, campaign execution, and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. By managing creator pipelines and supporting campaigns from briefing through reporting, the intern helps keep creator partnerships and marketing work on track.

What you'll do

• Find and vet influencers and user-generated-content creators
• manage creator pipelines, content calendars, and product seeding lists
• assist with campaign execution and reporting
• support occasional paid social campaigns
• review content for FTC disclosures and sponsored tags
• monitor social channels, respond to community interactions, and contribute to light content creation.
