What you'll do

• Guide homebuyers through selections
• design interior color palettes and finish selections for residential homes
• create design renderings, visual presentations, and space plans using software
• plan and furnish apartment clubhouses and amenity spaces
• select furniture, finishes, fixtures, and decor within project budgets and company standards
• balance aesthetics, durability, functionality, and cost
• collaborate with construction, purchasing, and leadership teams
• stay current on design trends while making practical, marketable selections.
