What you'll do

• Manage problem and incident management, operational readiness, and capacity and availability
• conduct application monitoring, service analytics, reporting, and production governance
• identify production failure scenarios and create incident, enhancement, or problem tickets
• maintain metrics and identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities
• develop operational and technical policies and procedures
• own escalations and troubleshoot issues through resolution
• plan, install, design, and support equipment and software.
