What you'll do

• Support store operations and the Store Manager
• provide guest service and product recommendations
• process purchases and returns
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• train and provide feedback to associates
• help schedule staff and manage payroll
• maintain store presentation and inventory
• fulfill omnichannel orders
• support loss prevention, cash reconciliation, deposits, and opening and closing procedures
• supervise associates when the Store Manager is absent.
