The Operations Supervisor — Emergency Medical Services role is onsite in Jonesboro, AR, with occasional travel to Medic One stations in Arkansas and Missouri. Pay is $27–$30 per hour. The role supports field operations teams providing patient care and assigned transports. Working with the Operations Manager, the supervisor helps crews maintain safe, compliant, and efficient operations. The role provides shift support, mentorship, resource coordination, emergency decision-making, and assistance with patient care documentation and technical issues.

What you'll do

• Serve as a shift contact for crews
• address personnel, operational, and resource issues
• ensure medical supplies, equipment, credentials, and training are available
• mentor EMS staff and provide performance feedback
• support emergencies, scheduled calls, lift assists, and applicable ALS upgrades
• coordinate with the Medical Communications Center
• resolve incomplete patient care records
• troubleshoot crew device issues and escalate complex technical problems.
