What you'll do

• Maintain facility safety and sanitation
• replenish maintenance supplies
• report equipment malfunctions and hazards
• perform routine grounds and facility maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks as directed
• clean windows and screens
• replace light bulbs
• service heating and cooling systems as specified
• complete unscheduled tasks as directed.
