The Aquatic Aerobics Instructor is a part-time, onsite role in Shafter, CA, paying $15–$25 per hour. The instructor leads water aerobics classes at times set by pool management. What you'll do

• Lead and supervise water aerobics classes
• teach relevant skills and techniques to varied participants
• modify exercises for different skill levels, injuries, and physical limitations
• monitor and evaluate participant performance and needs
• provide positive feedback and encouragement
• demonstrate activities clearly
• maintain a safe environment
• implement lesson plans
• care for pool equipment and teaching aids
• report maintenance or safety issues to management.
