What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, work order management, CICO procedures, staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Drive team performance to meet KPIs such as Net Promoter Score, Time to Serve, and quality metrics.
• Ensure technician certification and provide guidance on vehicle maintenance.
