Staffing Coordinator

What you'll do

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly nursing staff schedules
• schedule facility staff at levels determined by the Director of Nursing
• prepare shift schedules and communicate assignments
• ensure compliance with state staffing requirements and forecast future needs
• assist with emergency evacuations as needed
• work as a CNA when short-staffed. A high school diploma or equivalent and CNA certification are required
• prior healthcare staff scheduling experience is preferred.
