Senior Utility Coordinator

What you'll do

• Develop and execute utility coordination strategies with project owners, prime designers, and utility companies
• identify subsurface utility engineering requirements and manage investigations
• identify utility conflicts
• create and maintain conflict and relocation matrices and schedules
• organize and chair coordination meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions
• participate in project meetings
• calculate relocation costs
• contribute to suggested relocation designs
• delegate and review work
• prepare proposals for RFPs
• oversee project finances, invoices, scope changes, and additional-budget proposals.
