Implementation Manager, Association Solutions

Job overview

The Implementation Manager, Association Solutions role is based in Engagifii’s Atlanta, GA office. New employees are expected to work onsite five days per week for at least six months; afterward, a hybrid schedule with as few as three office days per week may be available at the manager’s discretion. Compensation is not specified. Engagifii builds technology for associations and organizations centered on people, relationships, engagement, and community. The manager guides association customers from signed agreement through launch, translating their operational needs into platform configuration and successful adoption. The role coordinates project plans, data preparation, integrations, testing, training, and issue resolution to help customers transition effectively.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery of association processes and workflows
• identify objectives and future-state processes
• configure the platform
• manage project plans, responsibilities, risks, deadlines, and concurrent implementations
• help prepare and validate legacy data
• coordinate integrations and testing
• train customers around their workflows
• identify issue types and coordinate appropriate responses
• maintain clear customer communication and follow-through.
