What you'll do

• Own reconciliation of patient and insurance payments and align Stripe and Candid cash totals
• trace unreconciled checks and ERAs to root cause
• prioritize and reduce the unreconciled cash backlog
• onboard, direct, and oversee virtual assistants, including work allocation and quality checks
• build and maintain reconciliation SOPs
• oversee payer and patient refund workflows and controls
• partner across MNT, new bets, and enterprise on reconciliation workflows
• identify and implement workflow and automation improvements.
