Director of Program Management

The Director of Program Management role is onsite in Everett, WA, with a stated salary range of $200,000–$250,000 per year. magniX develops electric propulsion and battery technology for aerospace, and this role leads its Program Management function. What you'll do

• Lead and coach program and project management team members
• oversee customer, product development, certification, production, and delivery programs
• maintain integrated plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, resource plans, and deliverables
• coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, business development, and executive leadership
• mitigate program risks
• establish program reviews, reporting, and decision processes
• serve as a senior contact for customers and suppliers
• improve program management tools and practices.
