What you'll do

• Manage high-volume incoming and outgoing calls
• coordinate and adjust caregiver schedules to ensure client coverage
• respond to call-outs, shift changes, and urgent coverage needs
• communicate updates with caregivers, clients, and families
• maintain real-time scheduling software updates
• carry the rotating on-call phone as assigned
• work with leadership on daily operations.
