Integrated Marketing Coordinator

Compensation is $14–$17 per year. The Integrated Marketing Coordinator role is onsite at the J.A. Walters Family YMCA in Gainesville, GA, and The part-time position supports Georgia Mountains YMCA marketing across digital, social, email, print, and in-person channels. Working with the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, the coordinator creates and manages promotional content for programs, membership, events, and community initiatives. The work helps keep members and the community informed and supports YMCA program participation.

What you'll do

• Create, schedule, and monitor social media content
• develop marketing materials
• create email campaigns and member communications
• manage Meta ads and monitor performance and registrations
• design graphics and promotional materials
• capture photo and video content
• update website and community calendars
• coordinate requests and deadlines in Asana
• support event materials
• track expenses, receipts, and invoices.

Why this role
