What you'll do

• Complete six to eight months of training and evaluations
• after qualification, manage department procedures, product knowledge, planning, ordering, organization, and staff
• support daily operations and sales targets
• maintain product displays and freshness
• order products based on inventory and promotions
• receive and inspect poultry shipments
• manage FIFO inventory and physical counts
• schedule employees and manage attendance
• coach, train, mentor, and review staff
• maintain a safe and clean workplace.
