What you'll do

• Schedule ENT procedures with surgeons, operating room staff, and patients
• communicate pre-operative instructions and documentation
• verify insurance and obtain authorizations
• coordinate with billing, clinical, anesthesia, and lab departments
• maintain electronic medical records
• manage schedules, including urgent or emergency cases
• respond to patient inquiries, changes, and cancellations
• follow hospital policies, HIPAA, and quality standards
• help resolve scheduling conflicts and patient concerns.
