What you'll do

• Handle incoming transportation reservation calls
• provide up-to-date personal information to Access-a-Ride staff
• support new client registration and phone and electronic ride requests
• schedule rides
• support clients, drivers, office staff, and management
• track and prepare reports on calls and rides
• complete and submit paperwork electronically
• maintain composure and passenger safety when resolving problems or conflicts.
