• Lead inbound receiving and stow or outbound pick, pack, and ship operations
• meet service-level and quality goals
• identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement

• coordinate labor planning with supply chain and carriers
• resolve partner and carrier exceptions
• enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
