What you'll do

• Serve as the primary HR partner for corporate employees and leaders
• lead employee relations initiatives, investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation
• drive engagement, recognition, retention, and culture programs
• oversee corporate talent acquisition and workforce planning
• support succession planning and leadership development
• ensure employment-law compliance
• manage compensation administration and annual merit programs
• partner with Payroll, Benefits, and other HR functions
• lead and develop the corporate HR team and mentor HR professionals across manufacturing facilities.
