The Sheet Metal Shop Foreman role is onsite in Stafford, TX, paying $30–$35 per hour. The foreman oversees daily operations in a sheet-metal and HVAC fabrication shop, keeping production moving across departments.

What you'll do

• Supervise shop operations, production schedules, staffing, and job priorities
• lead and support employees across fabrication, assembly, welding, material handling, shipping and receiving, and general shop operations
• review blueprints, shop drawings, work orders, and material requirements
• coordinate HVAC ductwork and custom sheet-metal production
• monitor workmanship, output, safety, equipment use, and organization
• assist with equipment operation and fabrication as needed.
