Family Support Coordinator

Job overview

The Family Support Coordinator role is onsite in Wakefield, Massachusetts, and provides home-based services to families. Compensation is $24.00 per hour for a bachelor’s degree or $25.50 per hour for a master’s degree; the feed lists $24 per hour. What you'll do

• Help families access community supports and state and federal benefits
• coordinate with agencies and other providers
• supervise support staff working in family homes
• attend DCF intake and review meetings
• develop and implement individualized family treatment plans
• document progress and prepare reports
• identify services and teach skills to support children remaining or returning home.
