What you'll do

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel
• follow site security procedures and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking, receiving areas, and perimeter
• observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns
• assist with access control, visitor direction, and incident documentation.
